We can deliver 250,000 fliers per day and 400,000 fliers per day on Fridays*.

how many staff does OPENMEDIA have?

We employ 120 delivery staff members. This team is directly supervised by 30 supervisors, that’s one supervisor for every 4 delivery staff members, which is a high ratio to guarantee the quality of operation. We also have 6 senior supervisors to manager the overall operation.

How can OPENMEDIA guarantee quality of delivery?

We provide you with an operation plan that explains the days and timing of the delivery ahead of time. The plan comes with contacts of the senior supervisors. You can call them anytime during the operation and check on the progress. Feel free to conduct surprising visits. We also take random photographs upon request and submit them clients.

What’s the difference between delivering through TOTAL REACH™ vs. newspapers inserts?

TOTAL REACH™ costs less for sure. We also have the experience and knowledge to target specific segments. For example, if you’re aiming to reach Arabs who live in Salmiya, we know which blocks they occupy the most. So you don’t need to print 70,000 when you only 40,000. That’s more savings for you.

What’s the difference between TOTAL REACH™ and other media like newspapers or outdoor?

In general, you need a good mix of Integrated Marketing Communication. So, we’re not advising to use one media and ignore the others. However, TOTAL REACH™ does offer more flexibility. You can choose any day you want with a very short notice. Your fliers stay longer at homes while newspapers expire the next day. Your ads look better quality when printed on fliers than on newspapers.

What is a Dwaniya?

Diwaniyas started from the time Kuwait was coming together as a society. A Diwaniya is separate building attached to the house or adjacent to it. The building has its own entrance so that men can gather without invading the privacy of the family living in the house. Diwaniyas are social circles that simulate small communities where different topics such as business, life and culture issues are discussed.

What’s the role of a Diwaniya?

Diwaniyas didn’t start as big and important as they are today. The concept has evolved with time. It started as a place to meet with neighbors and friends, solve social disputes and exchange everyday stories. Later on, it became a place to share important news, information and opinions. In the early days, Kuwait had not more than twenty Diwaniyas. Today, they are in hundreds. Diwaniya owners became so competitive that they started to add more furniture, gadgets and tools to make them more desirable.

With the increase in number of Diwaniyas, most owners had to drop the number of days they receive guests from being open daily to a few days per week or even just weekly and within specific hours only. Think of Diwaniyas like physical forums or real facebook.com gathering places.

What’s the difference between DIWANIYA DROP™ and TOTAL REACH™?

With DIWANIYA DROP™ the fliers are delivered by hand to the Diwaniya owner or any of the regular visitors. Diwaniya attendees end up sometimes talking about the product or ordering immediately if it was related to food, for example. With TOTAL REACH™ the fliers are dropped in the newspapers box or on cars, if requested.

Who’s delivering the fliers inside the Diwaniya?

We only use our 30 supervisors to deliver any order for DIWANIYA DROP™. They’re well-dressed and hygienic. Your brand will not be associated with low standards.

How can you guarantee quality of delivery?

We request from all Diwaniya owners or visitors receiving the fliers to sign our delivery report. The report tells you all you need to know about the delivery.

Where will DD ADS™ be delivered to?

We will deliver 100,000 of the DD ADS™ packs to selected residential areas in Capitol and Hawally Governorates. Our focus is to give your message maximum impact among consumers with high purchase power or quick response to purchasing their needs. 

How can I guarantee that 100,000 are printed?

Some companies may be tempted to cheat, but not OPENMEDIA. Upon request, we can submit an order from the printing press confirming the date, size and quantity of the cards printed.

Is the DD ADS™ service available anytime?

DD ADS™ packs are offered four times throughout the year: Ramadan (good also for Back to School season), Eid Al-Adha (November), New Year (January) and Summer Sale (May-June).

When will you deliver?

Delivery within each season takes place around salary times or at the beginning of or prior to the occasion as in the case of Ramadan and Eid Al-Adha.
